as of april 2025, this still works, and still does exactly what it says. i was a bit skeptical at first, as a lot of extensions that advertise themselves like this seem to be malicious, but there is nothing wrong with this extension. i use pixlr a lot, and this has always been a problem with me. tldr: it works
