Pixlr for Chrome

This app is on the Chrome Web Store... where apps are made to run on Chrome... but it won't run on a brand new, up-to-date Chromebook...which essentially IS Chrome?? Fail. I've used this on my phone for years and have an annual subscription. Now I find out I can't use it on my computer is insane. I don't use it that often on my phone so I was excited to use it on my laptop. Why am I even paying for it if I can't use it on all my devices??
