I can use it 3 out of 5 days that I work. There is always something freezing or crashing with this extension.
Nearly unusable. Both this and their web app have constant issues with "state", meaning that you'll send a message to person A, click to send a message to person B....and the message you sent to person A shows as having been sent to B. This has led our support team to send messages to the same person multiple times, send the wrong message to the wrong person, etc.
This is pretty bad extension. It constantly needs refreshing to stay active and I have to keep it open onscreen to make sure it notifies me. I am not sure why we're using this, another separate app to text when we have Salesforce, and Outreach which both should have this functionality.
