Makes the chrome file explorer dark-themed.
Same as other Dark Mode extensions if from "(Right click on extension)>Manage extension...>Allow access to file URLs" is activated.
With little more design, I might even start using chrome as my file browser!!! Don't forget to allow access to file URLs
