I love this extension! I use it to keep track of changes on Canvas (I teach online classes) and instead of trying to keep track of hard copy papers (that I lose), I know exactly where my notes to myself are. Each class gets its own note (page), and I love the ability to use rich text to format the text as well. I have not encountered a bug yet.
In the description, the chrome sticky note extension promised everything I was looking for, when I downloaded the free version. Anytime I tried to arrange it in a way most efficient for me, It said I needed pro. No problem, I paid for pro, but the features and what I was looking for didn't change. At the bottom of their page is an option to chat with support, so I tried to reach out to them via this option. I typed my prompt and waited, went back to another page I was working on, and periodically came back to see if anyone had engaged with the chat, which nobody had. After about 2 hours, I got a message in the chat box from them basically stating the feature wasn't working, and they would reach out via email. It is now over 24 hours later, and nobody has reached out. If I didn't think they had the tools that they offered, would help me manage tasks better, I wouldn't have bought it! I'm not saying that the fees are outrageously expensive ($5/month). However, the fact remains, I paid for an extension that is not doing what I need it to, and nobody is responding to my request for follow-up.
