The online application is AMAZING!!! Very reasonably priced small business ERP system with unlimited users, easy to use interfaces, our inventory is serialized and this is probably the only manageable ERP ssytem which allows us to maintain our inventory synced with the current price points. ECount ERP is most certainly a competitor towards using Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and other big named companies that are highly expensive programs that will not work for a budgeted business. ECount ERP is wonderful, I love them.
Past 12 years user of various Quickbooks desktop and online versions, finally settled with EcountERP! Impressed with the speed, versatility, low cost and services of the product or their US team! The minor disappoints are lacking of detailed instruction manual and sample template, customization of the rich features is not easy and lack of API, etc. Hope they will improve on the way quickly!
