Asks you to clarify what your focus is and to timebox that intention. As a result, you need less conscious control to stay focused.
I LOVE THIS EXTENSION. I wish my phone also did this too. the only improvement I would suggest is creating options to log intentions to a spreadsheet and also enabling option to ask us "how focused were we on acting in such a way to pursue higher ground in our lives?" or something to that effect. (higher ground is a metaphor i use to represent all the valued good stuff in life) but ask that question and allow us to answer how well we did from 1-100. it becomes an additional tool that boosts focus as some times we need to reflect and be made aware that "yeah, i actually am not happy with how im acting at the moment and need to change." just a thought. otherwise, I do want to iterate that this extension is GREAT and I Highly recommend it.
