Install process seemed to work, but there is no icon in toolbar and it is not listed in extensions. It runs fine clicking "launch app" here in the chrome web store listing, or by entering "https://atomurl.net/myip" in the address bar. But that leaves the question as to what was installed, and whether it can be uninstalled. The results when running it are just what I wanted and more, though I do wonder whether it might be spyware.
