For those who not wroking please follow the below setups 1. click on Extension details button 2. click on Extension options 3. change the Genesys Cloud for Chrome URL --> Note " Use you region specific URL "https://apps .your region .pure.cloud/ 4. Add Organisation name

Works as expected. I too wish we could pin this extension to remain on top of other windows. For those commenting that they cannot access their ORG -> Open the extension options, alter the URL for your region, for example: https://apps.usw2.pure.cloud would be the US West region.
