Tab To Popup Window is a Chrome extension that allows users to quickly convert the current tab into a standalone popup window.

Needs option to be always on top. And, have any link clicked in another window to open in the popup.
Installed as my favourite "open-as-popup" is not supported anymore. This one kinda works - but only with one popup tab sadly. If you you have two popups, there is no way to convert it back to window form. Instead, "Toggle open as window" opens current window as a third popup!
