Generate connectWise Tickets, Activities, etc from an email or fill it out yourself.
I use this constantly. As everyone knows, no matter how many times you tell someone email the support address, they will still email a contact directly. This takes the pain out of transferring that to a ticket.
Use it everyday to help automate sales and marketing into ConnectWise.
