I have HP laptop which runs on windows. I cannot hear anything either.

Acer Chromebook CB3-531-C4A5... nothing plays, volume is max. Suspect this is a configuration issue: download was 56 megs, enough data for 9 tracks of decent bitrate mp3, and the code to play them. App was last reviewed 2 years ago.... Is the developer still around?
