Thought that with the clear and beautiful picture across the city, as well as the image flooding into the toolbar above would be very nice. I PAID for this theme when mostly they're free, and once installed. The image on a new tab doesn't scale and is so small that it doesn't even cover the browser window on half size. With that said it doesn't bleed into toolbar, toolbar has it's own image that doesn't match up with the new tab. Got me!
