Change gmail labels color to any you want!
Love the idea of this but couldn't get it to work and it's not worth spending a ton of time on it to try to get it to function properly, particularly when others (like the one linked in Peter Scriven's reply) work immediately upon installation.
This extension does the job, but I found it a bit clunky - particularly the need for separate configuration page. I ended up writing my own extension using a simpler approach. Not sure if this extension is still supported as it simply doesn't work. :( Edit: Changing to four stars (March 2025) as it now works really well! The main limitation I've noticed is custom label colours only show in list view and still appear in the default grey when you click into an email. If that can be sorted, I will happily change my review to five stars. Credit to the developer for his positive and personal responses to reviews!
