Optery Global Privacy Control (GPC) Extension - Deliver Privacy Preferences

I was about to Optery what their plans were for the GPC and State laws getting passed. This answers that for me but I wish the extension was a bit more clear about what it does for the less privacy and data literate, such as does this replace the need for uBlock Origin/AdGuard and PrivacyBadger, are there any foreseeable conflicts, etc. Also the "Existing Account Login" button doesn't update once logged in so it's not clear if the extension is tied to my Optery account login or not or what additional benefits doing so provides.
