I'm an AI super user that has been using it since day 1 to increase my efficiency as much as possible. I've been using AI to analyze sales calls and conduct customer research for many months now. I haven't seen another AI tool that is capable of giving the depth of analysis that TranscribeIQ provides out of the box. It far outpaces what I can do in GPT 4o, even with bots that I have tuned myself. I've been loving my experience with TranscribeIQ, which is making my sales process faster, more informed, and allows me to keep executives on my team up to date with a deep analysis that I thankfully no longer have to write by hand!

Literally don't know how I lived my work life before this tool. It really has taken gong to the next level. I constantly use it for coaching feedback on sales calls, listing out any client questions, and reminding me of any action items. Its rare to find a tool that demonstrates its ROI from day one, but this is definitely one of them. Wish i had something like this for my personal life!

We've been using the Teams version of this for about a year and the chrome extension since it was released earlier this year. Its been a game changer for turning our Gong calls into data we can action on with customers. From call summaries to email responses it helps our team save time and catch action items and sentiment details we might have missed without it. I've only used the coaching a little bit but its been helpful after a bad call to understand how I can do better next time. I like using the extension for ad-hoc analysis and the teams version is great for getting feeds in Slack and New Customer Handoff docs as a google doc as they close. We use this daily and the team has been super responsive to our feedback by adding new analysis and clickable timestamps to take you directly to the action in the call. Keep up the good work!
