A nicely designed extension however.... There is a total of 14 timezones you can select in addition to your local time. The developer is falsley claiming "Track cities from over 7000 locations. Stay updated on any global time in one place." in their description. So if you're wanting to track some of the 14 cities available, then it's perfect for you. Not so if you want the flexibility of selecting other locations.
