Very useful - it's made my life organising students and invoicing a lot easier, giving me more time to take on students. There are some usability issues which make everything a little bit cumbersome. The inability to edit multiple students at a time, or to copy/move/edit/delete multiple lessons in the calendar means that enrolling lots of students with similar profiles, or making changes to your timetable, a lot more time consuming that it needs to be. (Perhaps the 'group' settings could be used to apply a certain profile to every student in that catagory, for example). For this reason I rate it 4 stars rather than 5. Nonetheless it's a very worthwhile investment and I wouldn't be without it.
