Adds swipe or click functionality for page navigation on Viz Media manga pages.

Sometimes the pages won't turn by clicking or even by regular arrow key inputs, so you need to refresh the page. Every time you complete a chapter the main chapter navigation buttons inside the reader won't work. You click 'next chapter' and nothing happens. I either click between the ending pages quickly and it wakes up or I scroll down to the other chapter navigation buttons.
