Chrome extension for searching tickets in ConnectWise Manage.
Simple, elegant and effective. Great to have. My one wish would be for a couple of additional icon colors like white and blue. Or possibly fill in the icon with a lighter color. The black icon kind of disappears into the toolbar when using a darker theme. Otherwise, no complaints at all.
Any user of CW (ConnectWise Manage) that bounces between tickets will need this plugin. Quality of life features I enjoy most are not having to press the enter key once a service ticket number is entered and that it, by default, opens to a new tab. Enjoying this plugin I am.
