It doesn't compare to the ease of use of other similar applications and they are clearly trying to rip people off by offering a free trial that you are then unable to cancel before payment is taken. I have emailed the company four times over the last week explaining that I can't afford to pay for this subscription and that I cannot access my account to cancel it due to a server error on their website! The only response that I have received to date is an automated response stating they are a tiny team and will contact me as soon as they can! Well a fat lot of help that was! Absolutley disguting behaviour and I would only reccommend that people stay as far away from it as possible!

The only way Haiku Deck is making money is by NO REFUND POLICY FOR PEOPLE WHO FORGET TO CANCEL THEIR TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION FROM A TRIAL THEY DID NOT USE!!!! THEIR SYSTEM IS OUTDATED.

I have been using Haiku for a while to create content for my business. I find it much, much easier to create a well crafted message using Haiku than I ever could with something like powerpoint. It is super easy to get started. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about the royalties on the images. The best bit is that the act of creating the deck and selecting the pictures often makes it easier to be creative rather than harder. I do not have a support contract as such, but I have found the team to be very, very, very helpful on the occassions when I have needed help. I had a reall emergency this week and thought that I had lost lots of work and they were able to help me. In short it is a brilliant tool. The support service is great. It is easy to use and affordable. What is not to like?
