This app is dog-water. For all of the students in my school district, it costs about as much as a teacher's salary. One may argue that it keeps everything in one place, however if I wanted that I would make bookmarks on my Chrome Bookmark bar, which I did. Here's the kicker for that, though, some applications changed so that they could only be accessed through HelloID, meaning that if I already have a tab open, I have to go through about twice as many steps as I already would have. Furthermore, when signing in to the app, it immediately brings up a camera. This is just a straight up invasion of privacy, because when I am sitting at home, doing homework at 11pm because I forgot I had an assignment, having to see myself in all my shame staring back at me, can be rather shocking. In conclusion, If you are a director of a school, and think getting this is a good idea, don't. It's really not. It's an app that only serves to make things more complicated than they should be.
