SummifyYT is a browser extension that summarizes comments of YouTube videos.
Doesn't work. It just says "Please wait while your comments are being processed. This may take a few moments, but it will ensure the best possible results for your summaries." but then never provides a summary.
It works in my case. Simple & useful.
