25 minutes of productivity and 5 minutes of desk-friendly stretches — with correct exercise form detection.
Really enjoy this pop-up reminder with 5 stretches for 1 minute each, every half hour. I do wish I could change the time to 50 minutes with a 10 minute stretch window. Also - please add more stretches! Would love some leg stretches and even fold/bend stretches. I think there's room for improvement, but it's super handy to have the reminder!
Muito bom! Mas seria legal se desse pra mudar o tempo, 25 min é muito pouco, sei que é o ideal, mas é bem difícil dependendo do trabalho.
It doesn't allow changes in times. Intead of 25 minutos I could change to 50 with 10 break. :(
