Have been charged over $60.00 dollars for this app and keep trying to get a refund. It has not helped me and no one is replying to my requests
I work all day and I only have time in the evening, and there are no Italian classes after 5 on most days. I have had the same problem in French and from what I've seen, German. The customer service is unhelpful and says that they will add a request. I have sent so many emails. There is also not many languages. Other people in the western hemisphere have been complaining. I have bought a 6-month subscription. Why would you advertise so much in the US if you can't service our needs correctly?
