This is just a simple blue theme with a few modifications to the default theme :)
not simple and nearly illegible
I really like it and using it for years now: colors are very balanced and smooth, active tab accent color is exactly I want it to be.
This is the best theme for Chrome! I was very sad when broke it unti find again!
