Open any file URL (link or text) with Kitware online viewers such as Glance, VolView or with desktop 3D Slicer with a right click
Simple but effective! Quickly launch 3D viewers for a wide range of data on the web. Requires the data to be accessible directly via a URL, but that works well for me when using cloud-based development environments. Saves me from having to download data and then browse from within my apps to find the download folder and load that data.
