Customize the New Tab URL. Change New Tab to point to any URL or local file you want.
I tried setting my new tab page to: chrome-extension://edacconmaakjimmfgnblocblbcdcpbko/session-buddy.html ... and got a "This page has been blocked by Chrome" error.

Functions as mentioned. That's it. If you want to uninstall the extension, you can't just right-click and "Remove from Chrome", because it still does the same thing. Then you have to REINSTALL it and set something in the address bar and try a few times until it works with the new address. Then just clear out the URL in the address bar and click "save" and THEN remove it from Chrome. (Or just do all this before uninstalling it in the first place). SOOO annoying.
