A clean, minimal theme.
The image didn't even show up after reloading the page a few times. I really wanted to use it since I change my theme by month and this would have been amazing, since it rains a lot where I live. Kinda sad ;'(
Works for me because I have it on Microsoft Edge not Google. For all the Microsoft Edge users, this would look great!
This has been my favourite Chrome theme for the past however many years. I love the minimalist raindrops across the tabs bar, it's better than something with too much texture or none at all.
