Something is wrong with the user dashboard. I paid for the Pro Monthly plan and when I click 'Manage Plan' on the dashboard, a pop-up comes up saying "clippit.ai says Failed to open customer portal. Please try again." I have tried numerous times on both Chrome and Safari and on two different computers and the same thing happens every time. I submitted a support ticket but have not heard back. Now I just want to cancel the plan altogether but I'm not sure how because the website literally won't let me. Anyway, if anyone has had a similar problem please let me know because I'm getting pissed!
