This has been an incredibly useful tool to me as a book publisher. It has had it's problems here and there, but in working with Randall and his amazing IT Team, I realized it was built with the self published author in mind. As a publisher we've been hammering it pretty hard, hence the issues. If you're a self published author, this is an amazing resource. I hope they develop this further for publishers in mind, as it's extremely useful with authors check in wondering about their sales before the quarter ends and royalties are calculated. Huge thank you to Randall and his team for taking the time to solve my issues and help me understand many of the underlying causes to my issues. :-)
Publishing since 2014 and hoping somebody someday would make a tool like this. Use it for all aspects of business management. Randall is also a self-pub and he knows exactly what I and other self-pubs need. Well done!
As a full-time "wide" author, I've struggled with finding a solid tracking system for my sales. And then, I found ScribeCount. This product is AWESOME. Reasonable pricing structure; fantastic customer service; and a roadmap going forward stuffed with more features than there are candy canes in the North Pole. Cannot more highly recommend this product. Well done!
