I activated a shopping trip for 6% cashback (out of $438 pre-tax). However, I never received the cashback. I contacted support three times through their feedback form, email, and webform, and provided the original receipts. Despite three weeks passing, the situation remains unchanged, as they appear to disregard customer concerns. Update: after 7 months the support get back to me and resolved the problem.
Im so happy a friend told me about Price.com! I now order all of my same essentials I was ordering online anyway, but now with the price extension dowloaded. It's as simple as a single click of the activate button and the cash back goes directly into my price account once I check out. Coming from someone who online shops a lot but loves a good deal...this is by far the easiest way to save money i've found thus far.
