Stabilizes volume of chrome tabs playing audio
It's a nice extension, but it lacks the ability to deactivate it. There are certain times when I'm listening to music when I just want to deactivate it easily without turning off the extension in the settings. That's the only real issue I have with it.
Wanted an extension so that streams I'd watch while I slept would stop waking me up with high peaks in volume. Works well, the only thing I wish it had was a description on what the settings actually did, had to just experiment a bunch to figure out how different settings would change the volume.
It works out of the box, I can finally watch shows in peace. It's an earache reaching for the volume sliders when an action scene comes on and I'm glad this alleviates these situations. I'm just confused about the settings and what they do when customizing. Knee, ratio, attack and, release? What would those happen to do? I'm thinking maybe I can fine tune the stabilizer to a personal preference if I knew.
