VPN.AC SecureProxy is a secure web-tunnelling extension, or a browser-based VPN.
I'll swear up and down all these VPN providers operating in China are likely owned by the Chinese government so they have complete oversight of you. And it doesn't matter if they are, unless you are doing something the government don't like. I've been using this, Astrill, Nord and others for many years. Every one of them is likely monitored by the CN government (but then again, the CIA is monitoring you too) so who tf cares? This works best for me and my staff over the other providers. The Chrome extension is great if you need hybrid connectivity (one browser with Chinese internet & another browser with your VPN) & if you use another Chromium-based browser (Edge, etc) you can have HK access in one browser, US in another, and default to Safari for ChinaNet. Recently, it's been increasingly difficult with Cloudflare, Captcha, and other providers trying to catch bots. My only recommendation to vpn.ac is try to recycle your IP addresses more, proactively get rid of the bots, or let us pay a little extra for dedicated IP addresses so the pop-ups for Captcha and Cloudflare are less annoying.
Best VPN provider out there, especially when it comes to the money it costs to have the features they provide. True obfuscation, heavy encryption, and they reside in a country that we don't have to worry nearly as much as so many of the other providers. There not going to have their doors kicked in by the likes of 9 eyes and forced to give information the way our country and it's fellow members that don't want to have us out there somewhere where it's difficult to watch our every move. LOL. Thanks VPN.ac
