Total lack of support, When it breaks there is no one around to fix it says support is online which seems to be a FAKE status multiple times I have needed help and there just hasnt been anyone around.
Drag helps streamline the process to respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner. I appreciate the ability to use templates for consistent responses from multiple team members. Drag makes it easier to coordinate and organize the response process to guest inquiries, when multiple people are working in the same inbox.
DragApp will definitely help better our customer support. We are a big organization that handles a lot of external email communication through our separate emails. We have had the problem though that this communication doesn’t have any overview, and it is hard to know what has been said with who. I believe Drag will help with this. The major factor for us when choosing Drag over the other competitors, has been the price. Drag is for us as a non-profit at least 3x cheaper then alternatives. And from what I have analyzed there are minor differences in functionality.
