I have been using Usetiful for creating hot spots for highlighting new features and for release announcements so far. We have at least 50% increase in engagement on those announcements.
This is a very helpful tool to build my tours. The nice thing is that they do not limit you to only use this extension, you can also build tours and see the whole picture in your account. Nice.
