I've been using this extension for so long that I often forget it's not a baked-in feature of Gmail. It helps me quickly scan through my Spam messages to see if there are any obvious miscategorizations, and on more than one occasion has been the very first red flag indicating an account impersonation or whaling attempt. It's also helpful professionally in an industry where I deal with sales representatives constantly and there seems to be a regular shuffling of who is now with which company.
It's a cool extension. I'd wish it had the option to change the labels' colours.
