I subscribed to CloudHire on April 29, 2025. Despite promises of an automated job application system and tailored resume submissions, nothing worked as expected. The auto-apply feature didn’t function, no resume customization was done, and their support team stopped responding after the payment was made. I’ve been chasing them for over 2 weeks now, sent over 15 emails, and requested a refund multiple times — but they are just ignoring me. This is NOT how you treat paying customers. I do not recommend CloudHire to anyone. Their platform is not production-ready, and their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. Total waste of time and money.
