From my experience it does not work sometimes For example here https://consensys.io/open-roles/5543464 I would also apreciate if you could add availability field and sallary expectations field. OR It would be amazing if as a user i could add fields by myself. Since i do not live in USA, i do not need the most of the fields at all
What about privacy? Does all the info go to China?
