Disruptive and poor compared to competitors like LastPass. * "Recent" prompt doesn't work and doesn't remain as preference when selected. * Always goes back to "Frequently Used" which has been stuck on one entry I don't frequently use. * No prompt for domain currently in the address bar? * Constant pop-ups that can't be ignored for site * No hover-over text on icons
Confusing, clunky, and poorly documented for end-users. * Extension falsely makes it appear as if you are signed in, displaying a list of "apps". No, you're not signed in. * Extension's search ability is a huge letdown for those who are used to using proper password management tools. Can't search by username? * Documentation for end users is required because of the unintuitive aspects of the product. The relationship between an "app" and a web site is confusing (because it's spurious, these are web sites, not apps), I still don't know the right way to manage entries, and the prompts to "add" an application when we already have the site's creds persisted is distracting.
