Nothing ever loads aside from the logo

It runs well and everything works properly, it's a far better emulator than the one I tried to make, but for some reason, in google's permissions it says it's allowed to access microphone and camera, as well as know your email address. I know there's not all that much people can use that information for, and that a lot of people already have it, but it's still unsettling.
