I really love Wizmage. I no longer have to see inappropriate/random images and can go about my work without distractions. Imagine not having to see pop up videos, adds urging you to buy goodies, or content flashing in your face. Highly recommend! It's also customizable. I've completely unblocked safe websites, or blocked them partially. Not sure who made this extension... but they are definitely helping a lot of people out.
