As this extension is not available anymore, two of the functionalities this extension offered are integrated into Chrome's DevTools: You can emulate vision deficiencies via a feature in the Rendering tab (which you can get via three vertical dots > More tools > Rendering). And the accessibility checks are available via the Lighthouse tab.
Hot Garbage, the previous reverse image search for one, worked and for two, was vastly superior.
