Allows a user to provide the URL of the page that loads in a new tab.
It works. Kind of a bad that Chrome browser almost has a setting for new tabs to have a custom URL, but doesn't. In fact it is so bad that over a half million people have to take the time to add this extension to do something simple as that.

Works in normal and in inPrivate mode. One defect is it does not follow background color (system, light, dark) configured in web browser for internal docs (chrome://, edge://, or about://). I have it redirect to about:blank to get a blank new-tab page, but get the garrish all-white blank page. Would prefer a dark blank page which is what I configured the web browser to use, by default. External web pages would use whatever color the web site chose, but internal web pages should match the web browser's config.
