Make text easier to read in Google Chrome
My dad loves this extension for reading news websites and Facebook. The text on these sites is usually way too light and hard to see, but this makes everything dark and easy to read. You don't have to mess around with settings it just works. We tried the free trial and could tell right away it was helping.
My grandfather has been using this extension for a while and find it really helpful for making text more readable. The free trial gave him plenty of time to decide if it's worth it. The convenience of having text automatically adjusted on every website is worth the small subscription fee. For me, I could actually trust that I wouldn't need to provide tech support all the time because this app just works. I don't mean to be rude but the complaints about paying money are crazy. Requiring card details upfront for trials is standard practice across the entire software industry. Literally every major subscription service operates this way. Are you going to tell me that Netflix is trying to scam elderly people too? Characterising this as "targeting absent-minded elderly people" is awful. It's standard practice because it helps prevents people from creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial system. This extension works great, and you know that if you run into any issues you can just message the developer to ask for a fix. 🙂
