Practice box breathing to reduce stress and improve focus when opening a new tab.
Very simple and straight forward! It would be cool however if it can pop up out of the extensions bar as a second option rather than need a new tab to be opened. I sometimes need to breath while staying on the same tab so I don't lose track of what I was doing.
