Great extension. Easy setup. If you have issues, follow the support instructions from the support link in the Support section below. I, too, got the red ERR but I had setup my FreshRSS base URL wrong. Going to the Github support site, reading through the posts with other ERR issue, two minutes later I was getting FreshRSS notifications. Thanks for this extension.
How to properly configure the extension? After entering the required data, ERR is displayed on the extension icon
