This is a fake extension, because 1. YouTube Vanced is only for Android and even then YouTube Vanced is unusable without version name changing, even Vanced Extended is unusable without version changing because it says "Update available. You are using an old version of YouTube. Please update to get important bug fixes and improvements. It typically takes less than 1 minute." And 2. Most users of Chrome extensions are desktop users and not android or iOS users so it wouldn't be relevant
