HackMDの標準機能では、作成したノートはタイトルか、タグ付けした文しか検索対象にできませんが、こちらの拡張機能をインストールすることで、本文も検索対象にすることが出来るようになったので、目的のノートを探すのがとても楽になりました。ありがとうございます！ With HackMD's standard features, you can only search for the title of a note you've created or a sentence you've tagged, but by installing this extension, you can now search for the body of the note as well, which makes it much easier to find the note you're looking for.
