UPDATE: So I finally received a reply form Rista. Turns out, they were working on my problem while I was waiting for a reply and the way I want to use the program is not the way it was designed to be used....so they wrote NEW CODE! JUST FOR ME!!! Now it works great! This app is definitely worth 5 stars. The Rista company--worth 25 stars!! ORIGINAL: I want to love this app. I want to upgrade to the premium version but I'm having trouble with the item options category wanting to default to first entry only. I'm not getting a response to my email and there is no other help on line or within the program. fix this issue and I'll change the rating and pay for the premium.
Loving it. The system I found that works so seamless across all modules - sales/ inventory and customer data. So far no error, no crashes and great support from the Rista team. thanks guys.
